Rental regulations

The Chalet is a NON-SMOKING area!

Upon signing of the contract, the renting party agrees to pay, immediately, a prepayment of 1/3 of the complete cost of the rental fee. This sum remains the property of the chalet owners even upon cancellation of the chalet rental. There is no insurance coverage, this would be the responsibility of the renting party. If the rental is cancelled within 4 weeks of the arrival date the complete cost (100%) of the rental fee must be paid. It is rented for a maximum of 8 Persons.

The chalet is rented fully furnished and decorated. We must be informed of any missing or damaged items immediately. Dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, etc. must be left clean and replaced in their proper place. Bed sheets, blanket- and pillowcovers and all laundry must be collected in front of the washing machine in the technical room.

The owner cannot be made responsible for irregularities in the supply of water and electricity as well as other objections that are not a direct result of his action. We also cannot take responsibility for possible thefts. In case of such a problem, please call us immediately so that we can assist in its resolve as quickly as possible.

The ski- and/or hiking boots, as well as the skis must be stored in the Sas or in the technical room. These shoes may not, in any case, be used on the wooden stairs. In winter, snow removal during the week is done form the renting party. (Stairs and balcony should be free of snow).

The owner retains the right to enter the chalet at any time. Pets are allowed, but we request to be informed of these beforehand. Any damages must be paid by the renting party or their insurance.

The owner is not responsible for any damages to the cars and we also cannot reserve a parking space for you. The parking spaces are public and open 24 hrs/7 days a week.
